Yoga and Meditation
Yoga and meditation is a great way to relax and unwind after a day or several days trekking.... or it can be a great way to have fun and a giggle with local people
Louise has been practising yoga on and off for 20 years but only became a certified yoga teacher in 2014. She qualified with 200 hours Transformational Yoga Training. After qualifying, Louise taught mainly in England before travelling, then taught and gained experience teaching in Cambodia for several months before settling in Sumatra.
Louise now offers two types of yoga sessions; Transformational Yoga Class and Qi Yoga Flow Class, as well as Meditation Class. Currently there are no classes in any of the guesthouses, but Louise is available for 1-1 or groups sessions. These can be taken if there is space at the guesthouse or she has a space by the river.
